Heading East

I'm packing my bags and heading east - to the land of Moldova. When I get some time (and a working internet connection) here's what you can look forward to
  • The CERN chronicles, volumes I-III
  • Geohashing - yes, I did it!
  • What not to do while clubbing in Munich (hint - gravity will play a role)
  • Tips for traveling across Eastern Europe by train (just as soon as I discover some)
  • The state of science in Moldova
  • Comics!
Random thoughts/quotations/advice:
  • Just once, I want a cropcircle to disappear overnight. Then, I would be impressed.
  • Never put anything in your ear larger than a pirate
  • Always know where your towel is
  • Do ants cry compound tears from compound eyes?
Cheers,
Jeremy

Definitely looking forward to it!

I saw comics on the list. Did you just get into them, or did you discover German ones? I guess I'll find out in future installments.

I've discovered the Hellboy series, as well as my favorite band's series, The Second Stage Turbine Blade (among others). It's a shame more libraries don't carry more comics. I heard Conway's library has stocked up on a lot of different types of comics, including manga, and Hot Springs library had quite a few. It gets too damn expensive to keep buying them, even when they're amazing.

Aaaaaaannnnnd I ramble on!

I stumbled upon your site a while back, and I've been watching your RSS feed waiting for those CERN stories. Are they still coming, or should I give up hope? No pressure or anything, but thought it might help to know that a stranger was interested.
